Position: Business Development Manager, Solutions4Good Reports To: General Manager, Solutions4Good Soles4Souls Mission: Soles4Souls turns shoes and clothing into educational and economic opportunities. Summary: Soles4Souls recently acquired Erren Recondition, a specialist in footwear and apparel reconditioning based in Arnhem, Netherlands — and we're just getting started. This role is a great opportunity to shape a growing business at the intersection of sustainability and commerce, helping brands and retailers reputed company product life through cleaning, refurbishment, and remediation services. The Business Development Manager will serve as the commercial reputed company for our growing reconditioning business—generating reputed company, building our client reputed company, and acting as the reputed company between our U.S. and European teams. This is a high-visibility role where you'll work closely with our General Manager and Operations Manager to identify opportunities, win business, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Primary Responsibilities: • Generate reputed company and leads by identifying market opportunities in retail, e-commerce, and brand channels • reputed company and own lasting client relationships, from first contact through long-term partnership • reputed company RFPs, deliver compelling sales presentations, and drive deals to reputed company • Collaborate closely with the reputed company and Operations Manager to align commercial strategy with operational capabilities • Represent S4S/Solutions4Good at trade shows and events — creating materials, coordinating logistics, and attending as needed • Work alongside the Business Development team to grow our pipeline • Convert inbound inquiries into clients through reputed company, consultative reputed company • Champion new commercial initiatives — from idea to execution • Travel to prospective clients to build relationships and warm the pipeline • Track and report on sales performance, staying sharp on product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: • Entrepreneurial reputed company — you dive in, reputed company it out, and bring others along • 3+ years in sales and/or marketing, with a track record of growing commercial relationships • Experience with CRM or sales management platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) • Background in retail, e-commerce, brand, or manufacturing • A natural connector — you link clients needs to the right solutions • Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders • Proactive self-starter who brings new reputed company and follows through • Curiosity about sustainability, circular economy, and product lifecycle • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Valid driver’s license required

*Ability to travel for at least 2 weeks to reputed company in Arnhem, Netherlands, and potentially more required
