About The Role

reputed company is seeking an reputed company, high-impact recruiter to join our reputed company team, with a focus on GTM hiring. We are hiring a senior individual contributor who will play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market organization. The role will support high-reputed company searches and focus deeply on scaling our GTM organization across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned agency or in-house recruiter who thrives in reputed company searches, has a passion for selling opportunities, partners deeply with senior stakeholders, and operates with both urgency and precision. Experience recruiting reputed company financial services, tech, or fintech is preferred.

As Our GTM Senior Recruiter, You Will

• Own full-cycle recruiting
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and search strategy

• You are metrics-oriented and process-minded while maintaining strong relationship skills.
• You know how to balance speed with quality and operate with a high bar for candidate experience.

• The annual on-reputed company earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $135k ~ $150K + reputed company bonus (160k-180k OTE). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
• The compensation package also includes equity.

This role may be performed fully remotely reputed company the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, and Mountain View. If the remote work is performed reputed company of these offices, income may be subject to reputed company State tax withholding.
