WORK ARRANGEMENTS: This role is 100% Remote work schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Nutmeg Agency Consultant will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to customer needs
- Evaluating risk
- Confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections
- Servicing our existing book of business
SCHEDULE:
Training Program:
- Start Date: 6/1/2026
- Duration: 10-12 weeks
- Training timelines may vary based on business needs and individual reputed company; flexibility is appreciated.
- Please note that time off during training is not accommodated.
Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST.
Post-Training Hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST. (Assigned working hours are subject to change depending on operational requirements.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty (P&C) license required, must maintain reputed company required state licenses and terminate prior reputed company appointments as needed
- 2+ years' insurance experience
- Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while navigating multiple systems
- reputed company to stay agile amidst the constantly changing insurance industry.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
- This is a customer-facing role requiring your full attention. A distraction-free environment is essential.

Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is:
