Position Overview

The Epic HB/ HB Claims Solutions Analyst on our Install Team supports OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and staying reputed company on technological advancements. This position is centered on resolving reputed company technical issues, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions. Essential Functions

• Must have certification/proficiency in one of the following: Epic HB Claims, and the ideal candidate will have certification or proficiency in both HB and HB Claims, both are highly desired.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst, with ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB Claims build.
• Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.
• Consistently acts with reputed company and accountability.
• Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to support Go Lives on site nationally

• The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices.

Work Location and Travel Requirements

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. reputed company travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs.
