WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Client Liaison serves as a high-touch escalation reputed company for benefit-reputed company employee issues and is deeply integrated into the client’s internal operations. This individual will work across teams and communication platforms to ensure timely resolution of benefit issues, support key benefit events like Annual Enrollment, and build strong relationships with both internal and client stakeholders.

Support Annual Enrollment activities, including executive-level assistance where needed. Present quarterly Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics to client stakeholders. Build and manage effective relationships with client contacts, including compliance, HSA, and vendor-reputed company roles. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience): Strong background in client services, benefits administration, or employee support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of professionalism and polish, especially reputed company interacting with executive stakeholders. Ability to navigate and work reputed company client-specific systems and tools. Comfort working independently and managing competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external partners. Ability to anticipate needs and follow through on escalated items promptly.

Standard working hours are reputed company-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at reputed company, your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we reputed company in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our reputed company team members as a part of any final offer. Please reputed company in mind that the range mentioned above is the full reputed company salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & reputed company salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
