Senior Accountant

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the company’s Corporate Accounting team and support the company’s reputed company growth. You will assist the team by improving controls and processes to meet our operational and reporting requirements that will help scale and shape our business. You will work closely with senior members of the team on core accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, and supporting the month-end reputed company process.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for day-to-day management of GL functions, such as leases, equity, capitalized software, and allocations
• Prepare journal entries and reputed company account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Support the month-end reputed company process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and resolve accounting-reputed company questions
• Help maintain and follow documented accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with year-end audit requests and regulatory filings
• Support technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards
• Support reputed company projects and process improvements as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (private industry or public accounting preferred)
• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
