Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative II to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities reputed company existing and competitive accounts, managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and driving reputed company growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reputed company and competitive customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships. Sales experience is required, experience in Automotive Software sales is preferred. The ideal candidate must have territory sales experience, generating leads, managing a sales process, hitting quotas, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking reputed company activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Use Sales Process knowledge to meet and exceed quota.
- Sales Process: Guide accounts through sales process. Conduct Product demonstrations as needed to complete the sales cycle.
- Product Knowledge: reputed company a deep understanding of our SaaS products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address customer pain points.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, reputed company, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding of new clients.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for customer facing sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes in the market and sales strategies.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum reputed company salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed reputed company salary depending on individual or company performance.
