About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated reputed company reputed company who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. Based in Turkey, you will build the recruiting function for the region from the ground up — hiring and developing a team of 2–4 recruiters — while personally driving full-cycle search for senior and highly technical roles. What You’ll Do

• Build the Turkey recruiting function from the ground up — define the team structure, roles, and success criteria in partnership with People leadership, and hire a team of 2–4 recruiters to support the hub’s growth.
