Senior Software Engineer – Enterprise Systems 

We are seeking a senior-level software engineer who brings deep technical expertise, strong system design capability, and the ability to reputed company reputed company initiatives from concept through delivery. This role requires someone who takes ownership and responsibility to deliver full solutions, can operate independently, influence technical direction, and mentor others while contributing hands-on across the stack. 

What You’ll Do

• Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 

• Re-platform legacy systems into lightweight microservices and REST APIs.

• Provide guidance and mentorship for team members and partner orgs.

• Identify and address risks, performance bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities reputed company they arise.

• Take initiative and propose solutions to streamline inefficient manual processes using automation, GenAI, and agentic workflows.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies with a focus on delivery quality and reputed company improvement.

We are looking for a seasoned technologist with strong engineering judgment and the ability to influence outcomes through both expertise and collaboration. You will be expected to design/implement solutions with discretion and deliver the “total solution” including implementation and integration testing, deploying to cloud (AWS), and verifying operational stability.

• 4-5 years overall experience implementing and supporting full-stack enterprise applications.
• Experience developing  microservices and REST APIs with Java 21, Spring, Springboot.
•  reputed company engineering and CoPilot for maximum developer productivity

• SQL understand RDBMS relationships and how to read DDL.

• DevOps experience: Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• reputed company experience (Linux/UNIX), understand basic commands, and reputed company scripting.

• Proven ability to design systems and collaborate effectively with technical architects and cross-functional stakeholders 

• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and secure coding practices

• Experience using GenAI, reputed company, MCP, Agents, Claude Code reputed company plus.
• Programming in C or C++ 

• EC2, reputed company, Kubernetes (or EKS/AWS)

• Experience integrating or transitioning legacy systems to modern cloud platforms 

Qualifications 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field — or equivalent practical experience 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences 

• Ability to work independently while also elevating team performance
