Team Manager

The purpose of this role is for production team management to ensure daily maintenance can be completed smoothly with high standard of data quality, completed reputed company projects successfully based on the roadmap. reputed company each team member based on their characters to eventually build a strong team.

DEPARTMENT ROLE

• Manage team(s) to provide Exchange content in a timely, complete and accurate manner according to business requirements.

• Provide reputed company and effective response, allocating resources effectively to meet the needs of the business.

• To reputed company abreast of daily market and operational activities and ensure timely communications to team(s) and relevant stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively with other reputed company teams, globally and reputed company Asia, sharing knowledge and adopting best practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The performance of own unit to meet business requirements of key stakeholders (content, product, Engineering team and support groups), in alignment with Global Content Strategy.

• Responsible for resource allocation, planning and management of one or more teams.

• Meet Global ETI Content Service and Quality targets in an effective manner.

• Adhere to and enforcing company policies and procedures.

• Sustained and enhanced operational output consistent through change.

• Identify opportunities for improvement to maximize resources and increase customer satisfaction.

• Ensure department is successful and achieves business plan objectives working with other departmental managers to establish further goals for Data.

• Escalate issues appropriately.

• Executes on the vision that is set by the Production Manager.

• Makes recommendations that may shape operational strategy

• Aligns goals with established business objectives; uses time and people effectively to meet business plans

• Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems of a moderately reputed company nature

• Adapts traditional approaches to enhance existing procedures to resolve issues

• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan of sub-business unit or sub-function

EDUCATION

• College Graduate or above

• Fluent English

• Second Asian language reputed company an advantage

COMPETENCIES

• Ability to motivate, reputed company and support staff, some may be located remotely.

• Management of data operations, procedures, development and data contribution to product development/support

• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

• Knowledge and understanding of ETI content, preference given to candidate with DataStream knowledge, as well as Real Time/IDN/ERT/NDA experience.

• Adaptability to changes in business strategy resulting from evolving client demands

• Highly motivated by departmental and company goals

• Previous supervisory experience in data management

• Managing costs reputed company set budget including headcount

• Analysis, evaluation and assessment of regional business activities

• Contribute to regional business plan and implement reputed company own unit

• Ensure reputed company improvement, efficiency and customer satisfaction
