Quality Manager Tower (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Actively participate in Change Boards, Design Reviews, and Hotspot (critical issue) meetings to ensure that an appropriate processes, methods, and quality standards are consistently applied across reputed company functions, enabling sustainable and robust outcomes.
• Through structured collaboration with cross-functional teams, define, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensuring long-term effectiveness and process sustainability.
• Participate in FMEAs (DFMEA/PFMEA) and ensure that the FMEA methodology is applied correctly, consistently, and in alignment with applicable reputed company guidelines.
• Ensure series product stability in both production and field operations by monitoring process sustainability across the entire value chain, with a strong focus on reducing non-conformities and COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality).
• Participate and Supervise the Engineering Change processes for series products, including quality assessment, risk evaluation, and controlled end-to-end implementation with respective functions.
• Provide periodic support to internal and external audits as an expert.
• Ensure Supplier, Production, Installation, and Service qualifications are executed and documented in accordance with the defined processes and the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Collaborate with the IMS team on releasing production processes and ensuring compliance with the defined standards.

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, quality management, or electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge into the product development process as well into DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ, APQP/APQP4W
• Experience in change management and quality-reputed company end-to-end processes
• Confident and high reputed company level to use the tools and method for problem-solving (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 7QC, PDCA)
• Sound knowledge in Tower component and its manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical skills, including Pareto analyses, trend analyses, as well as Power BI and reputed company
• Understanding of reliability metrics such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and experience with Teamcenter, reputed company, IQS, and relevant quality system
• Experience in process audits and FAI/PPAP requirements
• Strong competence in drawing and specification review
• Basic knowledge in validation and quality-reputed company release processes
• Ability to integrate the feedback from operations and R&D into quality reputed company actions
