BLN24 is seeking an UI/UX Developer blends user-centered design with reputed company-end engineering to create accessible, performant, and visually compelling interfaces. This role partners closely with product managers, researchers, and developers to deliver reputed company experiences that meet WCAG standards and scale across devices.   

Key Responsibilities

• Translate user research, personas, and journey maps into wireframes, prototypes, and production UI. 

• Implement reputed company, component-based reputed company-end code reputed company to a design system. 

• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), including semantic HTML, ARIA, focus management, and color contrast. 

• Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics. 

• Contribute to and maintain a shared design system (tokens, components, patterns). 

• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility, performance, and reusability. 

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in UI/UX and reputed company-end development. 

• Proficiency with reputed company/Sketch/reputed company XD and modern reputed company-end (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). 

• Experience with React (preferred) or Angular/Vue; familiarity with Storybook or similar. 

• Demonstrated accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2, ARIA, screen readers). 

• Strong grasp of reputed company design, performance optimization, and cross-browser testing. 

• Portfolio showcasing shipped products and design-to-code execution. 

• Bachelor’s in HCI/Design/CS or equivalent experience.
