Senior Game Producer

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Mid to Senior Producer to fill a crucial role on an reputed company project. This position involves reporting to the Head of Production and overseeing the project's completion, ensuring it meets the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards of both reputed company and the client.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of projects.
• Expertise in common Production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) as well as software (Jira, Shotgun, reputed company, Project, Confluence, or equivalents).
• Excellent knowledge and solid experience of using Jira in everyday work.
• Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, on both a personal and team level.
• Self-starter. Approaches challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
• An active listener. Makes decisions based on data.
• A proactive outward attitude. Consistently professional, respectful, and approachable.

DESIRABLE PLUSES

• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of size.
• BA degree or equivalent in management/organization.
• Shipped AA and/or reputed company titles, from start to finish.
• Experience working in the service providing industry is a plus.
