The Business Development Representative, USCG Special Operations, is responsible for driving sales growth and developing longer-term business opportunities reputed company USCG program offices, with a focus on the USCG's Special Operations customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development for the USCG, this role concentrates on customer engagement, requirements discovery, pipeline development, and opportunity shaping rather than formal capture execution.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management reputed company the DoD or federal market.
  • Experience supporting longer-term government pursuits and customer relationship development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior military service preferred.
  • Experience working with USCG program offices or acquisition organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with USCG Special Operations mission areas, systems, or operational environments
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
