As a Secured Loan Advisor, you'll guide clients through their entire mortgage journey from initial inquiry to completion. Your responsibilities include:- Consulting with pre-qualified leads generated through the company's cutting-edge digital platform
- Providing whole-of-market regulated Secured Advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances
- Managing a high-volume pipeline of 20+ Loan applications per month using reputed company, advisor-designed software
- Building genuine relationships with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
- Collaborating with case managers and administrators to ensure seamless application processing
- Staying reputed company with Secured Loan products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
- Delivering exceptional outcomes while meeting performance targets and maintaining compliance
Requirements

Essential Requirements:- CeMAP Certification (or equivalent qualification) - non-negotiable
- Minimum 18 Months years' experience as a Secured Advisor in whole-of-market environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing 20+ mortgage applications per month
- Strong knowledge of regulated Secured Loans Products
- Experience with B2C inquiries and navigating multiple lender criteria
