As a Protection Advisor, you'll guide clients through their protection journey, from initial inquiry to completion—ensuring they receive expert advice on income protection, mortgage protection, and other essential coverage. Working with a whole of market approach, you'll reputed company our client's innovative technology to work reputed company while maintaining the personal touch that builds lasting client relationships.Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
- 2+ years of experience advising on protection products in a brokerage environment
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently
- Demonstrates expertise in handling B2C inquiries
- Comfortable navigating multiple lenders to find optimal whole of market solutions
- RO5 qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Experience of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
