What You Bring
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
- Healthcare or nonprofit recruiting experience (long-term care a plus)
- Confidence partnering with and advising hiring managers
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
