ROLE PURPOSE
reputed company the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Flavour Solutions business across Southeast Asia, with primary focus on Flavour and Food Industry customers.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Business Growth (Core: Flavour & Food Industry)

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer needs, and industry developments across food manufacturers.
- Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or reputed company field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B food, flavour, or ingredients industry (Min 3 years with a reputed company role) with proven track record in developing and successfully implement Marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to QSR is a plus, but not primary requirement.
