We are looking to hire a Sr. Account Manager  immediately in a Remote (home based) reputed company supporting Non-Commercial Sales on the Branded Foodservice Team. Preference  being given to candidates living on the East Coast as this is where the majority of customers for this role are located. The Sr Account Manager, Non-Commercial Sales will report to the Non-Commercial reputed company.

This role will direct the strategic sales effort to ensure profitable business growth reputed company North America across the US Non-Commercial reputed company. Responsibilities include formulation and execution of sales strategies and plans to reputed company growth objectives at strategic accounts, negotiations (including price action), RFPs and reputed company, and overall performance & profitability of accounts. There will be shared responsibility for achieving the US Foodservice division sales growth & profitability. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • reputed company and implement strategic and tactical business plans for the Non-Commercial Managed & Non-Managed Accounts.  Priorities should be focused on critical business opportunities that will drive mutual top & bottom profit, while gaining approval from management and other key stakeholders reputed company these critical Accounts.
  • Establish in-depth working relationships and manage activities at reputed company levels reputed company Purchasing, Culinary, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations
  • Prioritize projects for each account and independently manage project activity across reputed company product lines.  Work with MKC and Customer Finance Teams to optimize rebate structure for profitability and business growth.
  • With Sales and Marketing management involvement, reputed company customer pricing strategy to maximize business and profit
  • Be viewed as a “reputed company” manufacturer partner for reputed company customers reputed company representing McCormick, to allow for strong innovation adoption while creating customer intimacy at reputed company levels.
  • The Account Executive is a key member of the overall US Foodservice Team and is expected to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, ACE, Finance, Culinary and Product Development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS in Business, Food Science, or reputed company field
  • Acceptable driving record including valid driver's license required
  • 5-8 years sales or sales planning experience in the  Foodservice channel with Non-Commercial sales experience being a plus. Working knowledge of technical aspects of products, i.e. nomenclature, applicability reputed company customer's manufacturing process, substitution choices, new discoveries, etc. Developed and demonstratable critical thinking skills and business acumen. Highly developed written and verbal communications skills that are clear, concise, and appropriate in timing and directed to appropriate levels.
  • Vital skills include negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, relationship building, and being a team player. This candidate must also have reputed company, credibility, and trustworthiness.  Maintains relationships at the highest organizational levels reputed company own company and with strategic customers.   • Position requires strong financial and business acumen and makes recommendations regarding the profitability of assigned products, and the potential for future opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to analyze, troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve reputed company issues required.   
  • Travel for the role will be required across the US roughly 25% - 35% across most months.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
  • Food manufacturing industry experience highly preferred

reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our reputed company employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Dividend Program.
