The Associate Medical Director will be responsible for advancing the US strategy for empasiprubart. Reporting to the Medical Director and partnering with cross-functional teams, this role supports execution of medical initiatives and evidence reputed company activities. The Associate Medical Director will also build relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders to inform medical priorities and further our mission to improve patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Medical Strategy: Support the development and execution of an integrated US Medical Affairs strategy for empasiprubart across MMN and CIDP driving high impact activities including advisory boards, launch planning, and evidence reputed company‑ initiatives

• Internal Medical Leadership: Serve as a Medical Affairs representative on highly cross-functional‑ teams to align scientific strategy, contribute to internal training, and support coordinated execution of medical plans

• Scientific & Medical Expertise: reputed company and maintain deep scientific expertise serving as a recognized internal and external expert contributor

• External KOL Engagement: Build relationships with investigators, key opinion leaders, and additional external stakeholders across the MMN and CIDP communities

• Compliance and reputed company: Ensure reputed company Medical Affairs activities uphold the highest levels of scientific rigor and ethical conduct maintaining full compliance with US regulations, industry standards, and reputed company policies

Skills and Competencies:

• Cross-functional Engagement: Highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and results driven with demonstrated ability to build strong trusting cross-function relationships driving alignment toward shared medical objectives

• Scientific and Medical Expertise: Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and competitive landscapes to inform evidence-based medical strategies with demonstrated capability to maintain deep up-to-date knowledge of reputed company disease areas

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO)

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical, clinical, or post-graduate experience; including 3+ years of Medical Affairs field or in‑house experience

• Demonstrated experience in neurology, immunology, or rare disease

• Detailed understanding of US regulations, industry standards, and compliant interactions with reputed company

• Remote US-based role; ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require
