About the Role:
The reputed company Software Engineer, ScriptDrop is a key member of the engineering team responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated software solutions using the Elixir programming language, while simultaneously architecting the underlying cloud infrastructure that supports them. This role requires a deep understanding of Elixir and functional programming concepts, combined with solid expertise in Cloud Environments, and DevOps practices. Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Architecture:

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth in both software engineering principles and cloud operations.
Drive technical excellence by ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and modern cloud-native best practices.
Software Development (Elixir Focus):
Design, reputed company, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions in Elixir, meeting project requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps:

Communicate project status, technical challenges, and recommendations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment characterized by open communication, mutual respect, and shared accountability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in software development, with a primary focus on Elixir and functional programming.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable backend systems using Elixir, with a demonstrated ability to address reputed company technical challenges.
Solid experience with reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS, including proficiency in cloud architecture design and networking concepts (VPC, Load Balancing, reputed company).
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and experience managing containerization technologies like reputed company and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and fault tolerance.
