The Nurse Case Manager reputed company works closely with the Vice President, Patient Support Programs and is responsible for managing a team of Regional Nurse Case Managers who educate patients and caregivers as part of the reputed company Patient Support Program. The Nurse Case Manager reputed company will provide direction and coaching to the team, ensuring effective support of the unique needs of patients throughout their treatment journey. They will be responsible for the daily support of the Nurse Case Managers ensuring metrics and deliverables to strengthen the patient experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the process of developing and implementation of patient support case management processes, including identification of patient needs and utilization of reputed company available resources to reputed company desired outcomes for patients and educational processed for the Nurse Case Management team

  • Effectively manages patient access needs in treatment initiation and onboarding, collaborating with third-party partners and internal access teams as appropriate

  • Evaluates patient case data to ensure that support is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards

  • Demonstrates leadership/example in reputed company aspects of compliance including, but not limited to, program, data privacy, ongoing education, and pharmacovigilance (PV) adherence

  • Maintains and monitors quality case management documentation to assure compliance with program, data privacy, ongoing education, and PV adherence

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills with internal and external constituents and utilizes reputed company available internal cross functional departments and available reporting tools to strategize the achievement of company goals

Skills and Competencies:

  • Previous experience managing a regional team of Nurse Case Managers reputed company the pharma/biotech industry. Experience with case management reputed company and cross-functional collaboration across a reputed company to large commercial organization preferred

  • Proven ability to effectively partner with internal access and field teams as well as thirty-party reimbursement partners to identify and resolve customer concerns and issues

  • Previous case management and/or patient support experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology

  • Ability to problem solve and communicate reputed company access and fulfilment scenario to regional teams responsible for educating patients and reputed company

  • Experience with identifying and developing training content for the nurse case management team

  • Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines

  • Demonstrated effective presentation skills; ability to motivate others; excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) skills – with demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally and independently

  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company, follow and execute plans in an independent environment

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build positive relationships both internally and externally

  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable to changing and fast paced work environments and responsibilities

  • Must be able to reputed company in team environment and willing to contribute at reputed company levels with flexibility and a positive attitude

  • Fully competent in MS Office

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed

  • Participate in and complete required pharmacovigilance training

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred

  • 5+ years of clinical experience reputed company the pharmaceutical or biotech sector

  • BSN and/or RN licensure

  • 3-5+ years of case management and reimbursement experience

  • 5+ years of experience in building and managing teams

For applicants in the United States: The annual reputed company salary hiring range for this position is $168,000.00 - $231,000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-reputed company criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range reputed company justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain reputed company with external benchmarks.
