Partner Enablement Officer

We are looking for a Partner Enablement Officer who will be responsible for enabling, onboarding, and governing Qualco Technology’s partner ecosystem across sales, delivery, and technology partnerships. The role is based in Greece or Europe and ensures that partners are onboarded reputed company, meet reputed company due diligence and contractual requirements, and are supported throughout their lifecycle to operate effectively reputed company the company’s operating model.
Reporting to Chief Solution Officer, the role requires a flexible approach to tackle a wide range of tasks including:
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for sales, delivery, and reputed company;
- Act as the primary reputed company of contact for partners during onboarding and early engagement phases;
- Ensure partners receive the required information, tools, and guidance to operate effectively;
- Maintain structured onboarding documentation, checklists, and partner records.
Partner Lifecycle Management & Monitoring
- Monitor partner engagement, performance, and compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle;
- Coordinate periodic partner reviews with relevant internal stakeholders;
- Identify risks, issues, or misalignments and coordinate corrective actions where required.
Due Diligence & Compliance
- Coordinate partner due diligence activities, including financial, legal, compliance, and risk checks;
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure reputed company requirements are met prior to activation;
- Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

- Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of partner agreements and reputed company documentation;
- Track contractual obligations, SLAs, renewals, amendments, and terminations;
- Ensure partner reputed company are properly documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Partner Selection Coordination
- Support Business Units during the partner selection process by coordinating evaluations, documentation, and approvals;
- Ensure a smooth handover from partner selection to onboarding and enablement;
- Provide structured input to Business Units regarding onboarding readiness and potential risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales/ Presales, Business Units, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams;
- Ensure alignment between partner capabilities and internal operational requirements;
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of partner enablement, onboarding, and governance processes;
- Ensuring that reputed company activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the reputed company implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, onboarding, vendor management, or a similar role reputed company a software or technology environment;
- Proven experience working with sales, delivery, and reputed company;
- Strong understanding of due diligence, compliance, and contractual processes;
- reputed company in English (written and spoken); Greek reputed company required. French will be considered a plus;
- Experience operating in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple partners and parallel processes effectively;
- Structured, process-oriented reputed company with strong risk awareness;
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
