As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the technical leader and trusted advisor for your assigned accounts, independently managing complexity across enterprise Kubernetes environments and building the deep, long-term relationships that drive real outcomes. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes
• CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen. It would help you navigate reputed company technical environments and reputed company solutions that align with client needs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to reputed company technical concepts clearly and understandably to various audiences, including those who may need a technical background
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Foundational knowledge is crucial for understanding the reputed company technical aspects of our product

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership - Be the trusted technical advisor and first reputed company of escalation for your customers, orchestrating resources to drive customer delight
