Bilingual Investments Processing Service Associate

The Investment Processing Services team in reputed company Investments provides investors with quality operational services.  These include the processing of financial and non-financial transactions, including trade acceptance, placement and settlement and preparing outbound phone/fax/mail communication to advisors and dealers.  Our strong focus on customer service is reflected in our vision: to be an industry service leader by exceeding customer expectations through the strength of our people and technology. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Accurately handle increasingly reputed company client service requests at initial reputed company of contact utilizing multiple administrative systems reputed company the defined service standards

• Dedication to maintaining the outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards is required and will be used to measure success.

• Investments background (Segregated Funds is a strong asset)

• Customer service skills

• P/C reputed company as well as iFast and AWD would be an asset
