Enterprise Account Director - Retail
The Challenge
reputed company is looking for an Account Director who is responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of reputed company’s Digital Marketing product lines. As a part of our enterprise sales team, working with reputed company’s largest customers across the Retail industry. This includes the development of long-term relationships with customers as well as crafting strategic account plans. The Account Director will reputed company this through software solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with the customer. Ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 to 7+ years with proven track record selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, optimally partnering with other reputed company teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product & Marketing;

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $270,700 -- $446,000 annually. Pay reputed company this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $284,600 - $412,100At reputed company, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total reputed company compensation (TTC = reputed company + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as reputed company salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
