The Procurement Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing reputed company’s procurement function, including the development of end-to-end processes, policies, and tools needed to support companywide procurement strategy.  This role will reputed company sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and purchasing operations to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and efficient procurement practices. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing processes while executing daily purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement the Company’s end-to-end procurement process, including approval workflow, sourcing and purchasing controls.
• Draft and own procurement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standards.
• Build and maintain a centralized supplier database and procurement documentation system.
• Establish standardized sourcing and vendor evaluation processes.
• reputed company RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and purchasing agreement.
• Apply AI-based analytics to evaluate spend data, detect patterns, and generate actionable cost-saving insights.
• Use AI-powered supplier discovery tools to identify new vendors, evaluate capabilities, and assess risk profiles.
• Establish vendor onboarding, qualification, risk assessment, and ongoing performance evaluation program.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to define requirements and forecast purchasing needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive reputed company improvement across the supply reputed company.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement effectiveness.
• Recommend and implement procurement technology tools or systems to streamline purchasing activities.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management and stakeholders on spending, vendor performance, and potential risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a reputed company field.
• 3–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in a fast paced start up environment.
• Demonstrated experience creating procurement processes, policies, or sourcing frameworks.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills. Building and maintaining procurement systems.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, cost-analysis techniques, and compliance standards.

Preferences

• Experience in a startup environment and building procurement practices from scratch
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and systems (e.g. Power BI, reputed company)
• Experience working in the software industry

This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  reputed company Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across reputed company U.S locations.
