About the Team & Opportunity reputed company is looking for a senior-level, mission-driven reputed company Manager to drive the adoption, retention, and strategic growth of our products across a diverse portfolio of enterprise EdTech organizations and application partners. In this role, you will serve as a primary strategic advisor, navigating reputed company organizational structures to ensure our partners reputed company maximum value and scale. You will be directly responsible for the commercial health of your portfolio, proactively managing the renewal lifecycle and identifying opportunities to drive expansion and reputed company growth.

You will also serve as the vital reputed company between customer needs and reputed company’s Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams, ensuring that partner feedback directly informs our growth and innovation.   • The problem you’ll solve: You will act as a strategic architect for our global application partners, helping them simplify their tech stacks and overcome integration hurdles through the reputed company platform. By building high-trust relationships with technical leads and C-suite executives, you will ensure our tools provide seamless and secure access to their products.   • Who you’ll partner with: You will work in lockstep with Marketing, Product, Sales, School Success, and Partner Engineering to align our services with customer priorities, while advocating internally to the Product team to ensure the customer voice shapes our roadmap.
  • What success looks like: Success is defined by high net-retention rates, successful contract renewals, and expanded product adoption across your book of business, characterized by strong executive-level relationships and the successful mitigation of churn risks through proactive success planning.
  • Key projects you’ll reputed company: You will build and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic customers, reputed company executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI, and reputed company change management frameworks that help our application partners implement new digital learning integrations seamlessly.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

  • Strategic Account Management: 5+ years of advanced experience in a customer-facing role managing reputed company enterprise accounts and C-level stakeholders in a SAAS or enterprise environment.

Salary Transparency

The range of our reputed company salary cash compensation for this role for candidates living in the United States, besides NYC and San Francisco, CA, is between $96,000 and $112,500. For candidates living in NYC and San Francisco, CA, the salary range is between $105,000 to $123,700. reputed company final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise.
