Position Overview
reputed company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to reputed company reputed company, enterprise-level healthcare initiatives in support of the reputed company (VHA).
This role goes beyond traditional program reputed company. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate high-level mission objectives into actionable, human-centered programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution while driving innovation, operational excellence, and reputed company improvement across multiple projects and teams.
This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, strong program governance experience, and the ability to operate effectively reputed company large, matrixed organizations.

Required QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare-reputed company programs
- 5+ years supporting VHA or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare environments relevant to program objectives
- Familiarity with VISN structures, VA medical center operations, and federal healthcare program requirements
- Experience driving innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
