Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Intern to support our global Corporate Communications function. This fully remote internship is ideal for a student to reputed company hands-on experience in communications reputed company a fast-paced, mission-driven medical device organization. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and intranet content.
• Support external communications efforts such as press releases, social media content, corporate website updates, and marketing materials.
• Conduct background research to support messaging, campaigns, and communication planning.
• Assist in content gathering and storytelling initiatives across the business, including employee spotlights and product innovation updates.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and other internal teams to support communications requests and ensure message consistency.
• Monitor media coverage, compile analytics, and support reporting on communications performance.
• Support virtual events including webinars, leadership town halls, and training sessions (planning, tech checks, and logistics).
• Ensure reputed company communications align with brand voice, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a reputed company field
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of how to create storytelling content for social media, primarily reputed company required
• Understanding and experience with managing video editing for platforms like Youtube preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.

Required Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency with communication platforms such as reputed company Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer/Viva Engage.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) or intranet publishing tools preferred.
• Basic design capability using reputed company, reputed company Creative Cloud, or similar tools preferred.
• Understanding of social media strategy and analytics (reputed company, X/Twitter, YouTube).
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook).

This is a remote position but preference is someone who can be commutable to the Wayne, NJ location as needed.

Pay reputed company:  $21 - $23 / hr
