ABOUT PATH Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street reputed company, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.

ABOUT THE JOB The Associate Director works under the supervision of the director to reputed company programmatic operations. They will reputed company, direct, and supervise program managers, team supervisors, and direct service staff. In collaboration with the Director, the AD supports with monitoring and designing programs, including developing budgets, contributing to grant proposals, developing programmatic workflows, program evaluation, and financial reporting. The AD is a role model and coach who demonstrates a client centered, collaborative approach by providing exceptional leadership, organization, and project management skills. They will effectively engage with high-level stakeholders, support staff meeting their full potential, and be committed to social justice. Position Responsibilities include:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Regardless of qualifications, candidates must:

  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire:
