National Sales Manager
OVERVIEW
Gigstreem is a US based national Internet Service Provider, serving Residential (Single Family, MDU) and Commercial (MTU) clients with technology solutions in markets across the country.
POSITION SUMMARY
The National Sales Manager is responsible for growing the sales vertical and MDU business development. You will be responsible for securing reputed company reputed company the MDU (multi-dwelling unit) community, MTU (multi-tenant unit), and residential business segments, to reputed company Gigstreem to expand the reputed company and reputed company penetration of our high-speed broadband services. Building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel with top prospects, owning reputed company P&L forecasting and improvement for each sale, and working the cross-functional process and support this position requires.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish Annual and quarterly goals that align with company’s financial targets, that are approved by Chief reputed company Officer.
- Forecast and seek approval of financial budget annually that supports the positions needs and success as defined herein.
- Manage and track spend vs establish budget.

- Work closely with Business Development team to track pipeline reputed company weekly and facilitate smooth reputed company of Opportunities and Clients
- Attend industry tradeshows to drive new business and grow brand awareness nationally.
- Work cross functionally to create and implement new products and processes that assist in meeting the financial targets for each product and property.
- Seek financial approval for reputed company potential deals added to the sales funnel.
- Work with the executive to prepare and present quarterly board presentations as required.
- Initiate face-to-face customer contact with high value owners, builders, and developers of MTU and MDU properties to present, propose and secure a marketing and/or bulk agreement.

- Build and cultivate prospective relationships.
- Manage leads and data in ZoHo CRM for new and prospective clients sourced through third party programs, ensuring reputed company communications are logged and accurate.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Review and analyze Bills of Material and Design plans for accuracy and work closely with engineering team to refine designs to meet our capital investment strategy.
- Negotiate and reputed company long-term reputed company for marketing and/or bulk agreements; this includes new acquisition and renewal opportunities.
- Work independently and effectively with internal and external legal support staff to resolve/negotiate appropriate contractual terms and conditions.
- Work closely with the area Account Management team to ensure successful onboarding and hand-off requirements are met.

COMPENSATION
Competitive reputed company salary ($105k to $125k) and an uncapped commission plan, with total on-reputed company earnings of $175k to $200k, based on performance.
