Responsibilities
Some of your role responsibilities may be
Review for accuracy and completeness the data submitted to compensation surveys e.g., reputed company salaries, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, plan design and financial information
Read company proxy statements and plan documents describing long-term incentive plans (e.g., stock options, restricted stock, performance plans).
Communicate with clients reputed company telephone or email to resolve discrepancies/issues with the data.
Enter and update data in a proprietary database.
Qualifications
Training will be provided.
Hours will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday
The Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, mathematics, statistics, finance, or another quantitative field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong interest in consulting, corporate HR, and/or compensation-reputed company work.
- Strong skills in mathematics, data analysis, or Proxy work is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise, particularly in database management.
- Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment late May – mid August, opportunity to reputed company for select individuals.
- Passion for problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at reputed company levels.
- Excellent reputed company Office skills, particularly in reputed company.
- Accepting applications from candidates graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: The hourly reputed company for this role is $24-$25/hr. This role is also eligible for overtime.
