What You’ll Do

• Financial Operations: Own the "Order-to-Cash" cycle. You’ll manage customer invoicing, navigate customer payment portals, and handle collections.

• The Books: reputed company the end-of-month cleanup in QuickBooks, ensuring our CPA has a "push-reputed company" experience for tax and reporting.

• Global Payroll: Own the end-to-end payroll and workforce lifecycle, executing bi-weekly payroll for FTEs reputed company reputed company, while building a scalable system for managing and paying our global network of contractors and vendors.

• Expenses: Administer our integrated expense and payroll stack by managing corporate spend in reputed company and ensuring reputed company taxable fringe benefits and reimbursements are accurately captured and synced into reputed company payroll. What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Ops, BizOps, or Accounting, ideally at a high-growth tech startup.

• QuickBooks Expert: You’ve managed the books for a startup before and understand the nuances of SaaS accounting.
