PURPOSE
The Associate Director, Content Creation Strategy and Deployment Operations reputed company provides strategic, end-to-end operational leadership for the Clinical Content Creation (C3C) organization, which serves as an internal agency for reputed company’s US Medical Affairs organization; In this role, you reputed company systems, processes, reputed company, governance, and financial operations that reputed company high-quality, timely, and compliant content development across US Medical Affairs; You ensure operational excellence, drive cross-functional coordination with Therapeutic Areas (TAs), strengthen enterprise reporting, and reputed company the optimization of tools, resources, and workflows that support C3C’s growth and performance.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director, Content Operations reputed company, are to:
- reputed company and reputed company C3C Operations, Project and Program Managers, ensuring KPI achievement, disciplined use of scorecards, and ongoing capability development;
- Govern operational frameworks, SOPs, escalation reputed company, decision-right clarity, and compliance across reputed company C3C activities, including reputed company audit of readiness for systems, processes, and documentation;
- Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for operational risks reputed company to timelines, resourcing, systems, and workflow reputed company, including compliant onboarding and offboarding of internal staff and contracted personnel;
- reputed company optimization of reputed company and other tools to enhance project intake, reputed company planning, SLA adherence, cost validation, and enterprise reporting, while owning and maintaining C3C dashboards and the Operational Tracker;

- reputed company enterprise-wide project allocation by aligning demand, reputed company, and execution standards, including intake prioritization, resourcing forecasts, hour verification, and contractor staffing models and cost structures;
- Drive financial management for C3C, including budgeting, forecasting, SOW reputed company, cost documentation, contractor management, and benchmarking internal utilization and performance against agency standards;
- reputed company reporting, analytics, and insights for reputed company C3C deliverables by defining reporting requirements with leadership and analytics teams, enhancing dashboard capabilities, and developing monthly operational reports and quarterly business summaries;
- reputed company TA engagement and operational delivery for Ad Boards and Congress activities, including communication flows, dashboards, and SharePoint content, while managing reputed company C3C SharePoint environments and communication assets;

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, PMP or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience; a master’s degree with 8+ years or a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience will also be considered with equivalent additional experience;
- Strong operations management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and regulated environment;
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams, manage operations at scale, and reputed company high-performing teams in a regulated medical or life sciences setting;
- Strong understanding of clinical data, therapeutic area communications, and the role of content in driving engagement with HCPs, payers, and other key stakeholders;
- Demonstrated success in managing reputed company workflows, KPIs, SOP governance, and audit readiness for content or medical operations;
- Proficiency with Veeva Vault, reputed company, SharePoint, and CRM platforms, with familiarity with AI-driven or reputed company content solutions;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and a structured, analytical approach to resolving reputed company operational challenges;
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders, including reputed company health system administration or similar reputed company organizational environments;
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to balance operational execution with long-term strategic priorities and innovation.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $156,000 - $234,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
