[Remote] Order Entry Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rhodeway Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Specialist to join our customer operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders and financial data into the systems while ensuring a seamless workflow between the sales and billing departments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter high volumes of customer orders, reputed company, and financial information into the company database
- Review incoming orders for completeness and compliance with Rhodeway Financial’s internal policies
- Identify and resolve order errors or missing information by communicating directly with account managers or customers
- Update and maintain digital customer profiles, ensuring reputed company contact information and billing preferences are reputed company
- Suggest improvements for data entry workflows to increase speed and reduce the risk of manual errors
- Assist the billing department in reconciling monthly statements against entered orders
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar administrative role (financial services experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company) and experience with CRM or ERP software
- Exceptional accuracy in reputed company data entry and the ability to spot minor inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional internal and external correspondence
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily deadlines
