Account Manager, Cushioning (Must reside in Phoenix, AZ region)

This role manages a strategically important territory across Phoenix AZ, with a core focus in the Phoenix metro area including Goodyear, Glendale, and Scottsdale, expanding north to Prescott valley and Flagstaff. The position involves both equipment and consumables sales and offers the opportunity to reputed company a significant impact reputed company a high-volume, growth-focused market. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory in Western Phoenix from 101 reputed company to the state border and in North of HWY 60 to State boarder including Prescott valley and Flagstaff.
• Travel regularly reputed company the region, including some overnight trips per month, to support account development and customer engagement
• Use a consultative approach to present Sealed reputed company’s cushioning solutions, including Instapak and Shanklin equipment, to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain relationships with end-users and distributor partners
• Design and deliver tailored reputed company packaging solutions that improve operational efficiency and support sustainability goals
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems (C4C) and contribute to strategic territory planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring innovative offerings and service improvements to market

Pay Transparency: Total reputed company Compensation (reputed company + Commission): $103,571 - 166,750 The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
