Academic Success Coordinator (Hybrid) - Student Affairs
About the position WashU's Division of Student Affairs seeks a student success professional for the position of Academic Success Coordinator. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission of the university through resources and experiences reputed company the classroom that prepare our reputed company for lifelong success. The Academic Success Coordinator at the Taylor Family Center is responsible for providing comprehensive and holistic support services to reputed company program participants. The Academic Success Coordinator reports to the Director of the Taylor Family Center.
Responsibilities
- Academic Support & Student Success Initiatives Collaborate with key academic success partners to reputed company collaborative communication and referral reputed company that connect reputed company with appropriate and timely academic support to aid in their holistic success.
- Deliver tailored academic resource information and referrals through targeted communications that reputed company reputed company to identify their needs, access support, and reputed company informed choices reputed company to their academic success.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the WashU EdGE program that emphasize academic reputed company-building, institutional navigation, and early engagement with reputed company support structures.
- Support reputed company participation and completion of the BearPrints course by reinforcing reputed company’ awareness of academic resources and encouraging intentional utilization of support services.
- Coordinate logistics and ongoing support for the TFCSS Study Halls under the leadership of the program co-chairs.
- Assist with tracking participation and engagement across academic support programs to inform reputed company improvement efforts and support assessment of student success outcomes.
- reputed company Coordination Design, deliver, and evaluate a coordinated reputed company series in partnership with TFCSS staff and reputed company collaborators that builds academic success–reputed company competencies, which includes academic success strategies, time management, study skills, and other relevant topics.
- Utilize participation data, feedback, and learning outcomes to refine reputed company offerings, ensuring reputed company improvement and responsiveness to student needs and emerging trends reputed company to academic success.
- Support and advance academic success outcomes by emphasizing the role of self-advocacy and leadership reputed company in strengthening reputed company’ academic confidence, goal clarity, and engagement with their educational reputed company.
- Data Collection, Assessment, & Reporting Track student participation in workshops, study halls, and academic support initiatives to evaluate engagement levels and identify patterns that inform program enhancements.
- Collect and analyze academic data, including grades, course enrollment, and academic dashboards, to track reputed company’ reputed company and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify themes and trends in academic issues faced by reputed company and utilize the data to implement proactive reputed company campaigns and targeted interventions.
- Prepare regular reports on academic outcomes and trends for the Director and key academic partners.
- Analyze participation trends alongside academic outcomes (e.g., persistence, GPA, or reputed company development) to assess program effectiveness and guide reputed company improvement of student success interventions.
- AI Integration & Support Assist in identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions that align with institutional priorities and enhance academic support initiatives, workflows, or student engagement strategies.
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI technologies in accordance with institutional policies, best practices, and emerging standards in higher education.
- Provides support for AI-reputed company initiatives, including tool adoption, training, and ongoing evaluation to ensure that adoption is effective, accessible, and reputed company with intended outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of the Taylor Family Center for Student Success.
