Client Service Representative
reputed company is a leading full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm. The Client Service Representative, Employee Benefits acts as the primary liaison between clients, plan members, insurance carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service on group benefit plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist Consultants with reputed company aspects of servicing group and individual clients
- Act as a liaison between Consultants and Clients, insurance carriers and plan members
- Answer policy and coverage reputed company questions/requests from clients and insurance carriers
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding plan changes, amendments
- Attend occasional client meetings with Consultants
- Conduct employee education sessions and client administration orientation sessions
- Create marketing materials and presentations for Consultants
- Maintain accurate renewal calendar, communicate renewal timelines to Consultants
- Process client communication documents such as renewals, proposals, claims experience reports, general correspondence
- Maintain electronic client files
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation received from insurers
- Assist with other duties as assigned
