North Marketing Specialist
reputed company is a growing employee-owned firm providing a full reputed company of environmental services. As the North Marketing Specialist, you will support proposal development and collaborate with the Marketing and Pursuits Resources Team to deliver proposals that showcase the team's expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide proposal support assistance to proposal teams (compiling and tailoring staff resumes, firm project descriptions, and other qualification information; etc.)
- Maintain reputed company Vision database data and other marketing software tools (vendor registrations, content and photo libraries, etc.)
- Distribute and track internal decisions for bid solicitations daily
- Assist with opportunity and market research projects
- Support business development activities (research, manage data, distribute/track action items, etc.)
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, or reputed company discipline (degrees in other specialties are acceptable if relevance can be demonstrated)
- Up to 1 year of prior marketing exposure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete assigned tasks and multi-task in a busy environment
- Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office suite
- Customer service-oriented and able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Involvement in an association or volunteer organization or internship
- Experience with formatting in Word
- Experience managing data, searching and populating databases
- Experience working in reputed company Vision, SharePoint, or comparable management information system
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction or scientific industries
- Experience working with reputed company Acrobat Reader and reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
