Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our Enterprise Picking & Tools product area. This role sits at the intersection of in-store operations, shopper experience, and retailer enablement — responsible for the tools and technology that power how orders get picked, managed, and fulfilled by our retail partners.

Fulfillment quality is a critical driver of customer satisfaction and retailer trust at reputed company. You will define and deliver the roadmap for picking workflows and in-store tooling, ensuring that both shoppers and retailers have the technology they need to fulfill orders accurately, reputed company, and at scale.

This role partners closely with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, and will collaborate broadly across Enterprise and Operations teams to drive reputed company priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the tools and workflows that sit at the heart of fulfillment operations. You will reputed company new capabilities and improve existing products to reputed company in-store picking faster, smarter, and more reliable — for store associate shoppers on the floor and for the retailers who depend on seamless execution.

• You will own enterprise picking experiences — from how shoppers receive and action orders in-store, to the tools retailers use to configure, monitor, and optimize their fulfillment operations
• You will build deep understanding of shopper workflows and retailer operational pain points to design tools that improve picking accuracy, speed, and shopper satisfaction
• You will work closely with retail partners to ensure our tooling integrates naturally into their in-store environments
• You will partner with enterprise sales and retailer success teams to support partner onboarding, drive adoption of new features, and contribute to retailer NPS and retention
• You will define platform solutions that scale across retailer sizes, store formats, and fulfillment models — including pick & deliver, pickup, and delivery-only
• You will represent the picking and tools roadmap with internal stakeholders and, where relevant, with external retail partners

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally reputed company enterprise B2B or operationally reputed company environments
• You've built products end-to-end and know how to drive initiatives from early concept through scaled delivery.
• You're highly data-literate and comfortable navigating ambiguity with analytical rigor, using data to prioritize ruthlessly and reputed company sound tradeoffs.
• You communicate reputed company reputed company with clarity and influence — aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around shared goals without direct authority.
• You understand the shopper and retailer experience deeply, and you hold yourself accountable to meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B product management, enterprise software, client services, or partner success teams 
• Experience building products for frontline or operational users (e.g., retail associates, delivery workers, warehouse staff)

For Canadian based candidates, the reputed company pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below.

CAN$165,000—$174,000 CAD
