Primary Care Nurse RN or LPN - SWMO, Fully Remote After Training

About the position Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Southwest Missouri is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse, either an RN or LPN, to join our team. This position is fully remote after a required 12-week onsite training period, which is essential for acclimating to our systems and protocols. The successful candidate must reside in or near southwest Missouri to facilitate this training. The role is full-time, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and offers a competitive salary range estimated between $61,700 and $78,100 annually, along with a hiring incentive of up to $2,500. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient care by completing triage, identifying abnormal patient symptoms, and notifying physicians or providing treatment according to established protocols. You will assist with EPIC in-basket management, which includes handling incoming and outgoing telephonic or MyMercy messages, managing test results, and processing medication refill requests. Additionally, you will input orders as needed to support the provider and clinical care team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Requirements • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri. , • For RN: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, graduation from a registered nursing program, or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree. , • For LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing. , • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant nursing role preferred.
