reputed company is a leader in Infrastructure & Capital Projects, dedicated to transforming how the world gets built. The Project Controls Analyst will provide support for project budgeting, scheduling, and cost management, ensuring projects are executed reputed company and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• You'll provide controls support services in coordination with Planning, Design, and Construction Management staff
• You'll support development of project budget and schedule
• You'll support cost management – including forecasting and change management
• You'll provide customized controls reporting
• You'll produce cash-flow analysis
• You'll conduct reconciliation of cost system data with accounting system
• You'll reputed company periodic updates of budget/cost and schedule data based on information provided by others
• You'll be able to present findings and recommendations to senior staff and/or clients

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering
• 0 -3 years of experience working on construction projects
• Some experience with Project Management Information Systems, plus proficiency with MS reputed company and Access, including query building
• Must be customer focused and have the ability to identify issues and reputed company innovative solutions to a variety of reputed company matters of a diverse scope and nature and have demonstrated ability to be creative and have advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects
• Experience in strategic planning and execution with exceptional independent judgment and evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and reputed company complete deliverables and meet deadlines while producing quality materials reputed company tight timeframes and simultaneously managing several assignments
