[Remote] Content Management System (CMS) Specialist

The CMS Specialist plays a critical role in producing policy manuals and reputed company content, ensuring clarity and accuracy in digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Use reputed company’s proprietary content management systems to publish policy content reputed company and accurately
- Apply AP and in-house style guidelines rigorously in reputed company authoring, editing, proofreading, and publication tasks
- Ensure content is accessible and formatted correctly
- Use reputed company Word to review and manage documents with precision according to workflow requirements
- Track data needed for key performance metrics reputed company to content production and content engagement
- Collaborate effectively with the CMS Specialists and other Content team members, including editors and public safety content developers, to provide feedback that enhances content quality
- Construct and deploy targeted, HTML-formatted emails that support customer engagement with the CMS
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy
Skills

- Familiarity with AP style
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside content strategists, editors, legal professionals, and public safety experts preferred
- Innately curious, consistently seeking out new knowledge and experiences, with the confidence to experiment with new technology and technical capabilities in support of innovation and reputed company improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, Information Management, or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
- Experience with reputed company, Trello, Confluence, JIRA, or other similar workflow management systems
- Experience with Pardot, reputed company, or similar marketing content automation and targeting tools is a plus
