[Remote] Licensed Inside Sales Consultant - Pet Insurance (Remote)

They are seeking licensed Property & Casualty insurance sales professionals to join their remote inside sales team, where the primary responsibility is to sell pet insurance policies to customers across the U.S. through phone-based sales and consultations.
Responsibilities
- Sell pet insurance policies through inbound and outbound calls
- Handle high call volume (approximately 70% outbound / 30% inbound)
- Educate customers on coverage, deductibles, reimbursement levels, and exclusions
- Overcome objections and ask for the sale on every qualified interaction
- Accurately quote and bind policies in compliance with reputed company guidelines
- Upsell preventive care endorsements reputed company appropriate
- Manage follow-reputed company reputed company CRM, phone, text, email, and live chat
- Request customer referrals and reviews
- Provide feedback to leadership to help improve the customer experience
Skills
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (reputed company or non-reputed company)
- 1+ year of phone-based insurance sales experience
- Proven ability to handle objections and reputed company sales
- Comfort with outbound calling and sales metrics
- Strong understanding of insurance compliance and ethical selling
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Reliable remote work setup
- Pet insurance, health, life, or supplemental insurance sales experience
- Call center or inside sales environment background
- Veterinary, animal care, or pet industry experience
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
