HR Service Center Rep I, Texas
reputed company (HCSC) is a purpose-driven company focused on employee development and success. They are seeking an HR Service Center Rep I to provide timely and accurate service to customers by processing HR documents and assisting with various human resources programs and services.
Responsibilities
- Providing timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees) by assisting with processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes
- Providing information on a wide range of human resources programs and services reputed company phone, chat, AskHR cases and by the expeditious referral of more reputed company issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, work life programs, etc
- Attending a mandatory 4-6 week training program
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- 9 months customer service or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- 6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc. along with toggling between multiple screens
- 10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math
- Strong service orientation with the desire to assist the customer
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of confidentiality
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Team player in a high paced team environment
- Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence
- Advanced experience using reputed company
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
