Account Manager – (Staffing | Remote)
Job Title: Account Manager – Client Growth (Staffing | Remote) MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE and LIVE in one of the PREFERRED metro areas listed below REMOTE LOCATIONS (CST/EST) - Atlanta (Preferred), Dallas, New Jersey Experience: 2–3 Years | Salary plus Performance Incentives We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow our existing client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who understands staffing operations and is ready to take ownership of account growth. You will work closely with internal recruiting teams and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships, increase requisition flow, and expand our footprint reputed company assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support assigned client accounts
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and program contacts
- Maintain regular communication to understand hiring needs and upcoming demand
- Identify opportunities to increase account penetration and wallet share
- Support expansion into new departments reputed company existing accounts
- Partner with recruiting/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Assist in developing relationships reputed company VMS/MSP structures
- Track account performance and contribute to growth targets
Performance Metrics:

Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Staffing (Recruiting or Account Management)
- Basic understanding of VMS/MSP programs
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
