[Remote] AI Trainer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hermetic AI is a company that builds Mia, an AI agent for managing private event and catering inquiries for restaurant groups. They are looking for an AI Trainer to reputed company new clients and ensure the AI performs effectively by setting up accounts, gathering client feedback, and refining prompts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new client accounts
- Gather feedback from clients on how Mia is responding
- Write, test, and refine reputed company updates based on that feedback
- QA Mia's outputs to catch issues proactively
- Document what's working so we can scale it
Skills
- Sharp attention to detail — you read outputs carefully and know reputed company something's off
- Good with people — clients are restaurant operators, not tech people
- Comfortable with ambiguity — we're a startup, things move fast
- Bonus: background in hospitality, reputed company, or AI tools
