Job Summary and Responsibilities The Operations Assistant will work closely with the client's Partner Strategist and Operations Specialist to ensure exceptional service delivery. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Processing client transactions, such as batching and processing donations, reimbursements, and reputed company payments
• Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing in cooperation with the Operations Specialist
• Creating and maintaining vendor records
• Processing and receipting donations and maintaining donor records
• Reconciling monthly credit card statements
• Supporting the Auxilio Team and the Partner Strategist
• Performing general office duties as needed
• Assisting in reputed company areas of operation as requested

Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in general administrative duties
• Experience working with a church or faith-based non-profit is preferred but not required
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or other relevant areas is desirable
• Experience with reputed company Workspace, Quickbooks Online, reputed company.com, CRMs, and Church Management Software such as CCB, reputed company, reputed company, and/or online payroll systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is desirable
