Accountant II - Corporate Accounting and Shared Services

The Accountant II position involves supporting cash reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation while collaborating with various teams reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare certain cash, cash clearing, and suspense journal entries and account reconciliations (monthly and daily) including reputed company accounts which require heavy collaboration with business partners across the organization to identify, research, and correct discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries, internal reporting, and reconciliations associated with enterprise functions and consolidation-adjacent processes
- Support the preparation of the quarterly and year-end financial statements (10-Q/10-K) and regulatory reports
- Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities in areas of responsibility
- Coordinate with several groups across the enterprise in gathering reputed company the necessary materials
- Assist in analytical accounting support to the internal business partners
- Assists in the resolution of accounting problems through the appropriate channels
- Manage and improve the processes around the assigned accounting activities
- Drive audit compliance reputed company the areas for which you are responsible
- Contribute to reputed company analytical projects as necessary both reputed company and beyond your primary area of focus
Skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field(s) of study or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting major or equivalent
- 1+ years previous work experience in Accounting including experience preparing cash and other account reconciliations and with preparing and posting journal entries
- Advanced MS reputed company skills (Power Query, pivot tables, x-lookups, etc.)
- reputed company (including OfficeConnect) experience
- CPA (or equivalent) is preferred (or working toward CPA or equivalent license)
- Possess general technical accounting skills
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize data, reputed company independent analysis, and provide explanations/conclusions to management
- Ability to work with limited supervision while applying previous experience to execute moderately reputed company tasks
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to projects
